Important Policy Notice

NO REFUNDS

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed

Only when Youth IPL cancels programs without prior notice

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

NO REFUND

All Timeframes: Before trial, during trial, or after trial

• No refunds for any participant cancellations
• Registration fees are final and non-refundable
• Medical reasons do not qualify for refunds
• Change of mind or personal circumstances not covered

No-Show & Absence

NO REFUND

Failure to Attend: Any reason for non-attendance

• No refund for missing trials or programs
• Emergency situations do not qualify for refunds
• Transportation issues not covered
• Family emergencies do not qualify for refunds

Refund Exceptions

Youth IPL-Initiated Cancellations Only

Full Refund Available only when Youth IPL cancels without prior notice

• Youth IPL cancels program without advance notification

• Organizational decision to cancel trials/programs

• Safety-related cancellations by Youth IPL management

• Force majeure events preventing Youth IPL from conducting programs

• Facility unavailability causing Youth IPL to cancel

What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds

• Medical Issues: Participant illness, injury, or medical conditions

• Weather Delays: Weather-related delays or postponements

• Personal Emergencies: Family emergencies or personal circumstances

• Transportation: Travel issues, flight cancellations, etc.

• Change of Mind: Simply changing your mind about participation

• Financial Hardship: Personal financial difficulties

• Schedule Conflicts: Conflicts with school, work, or other activities

Complete No-Refund Policy

• All Participant Cancellations: No refunds for any reason whatsoever

• Medical Emergencies: No refunds even for serious medical conditions

• Family Emergencies: No refunds for family or personal emergencies

• Natural Disasters: No refunds for participant-side natural disasters

• Financial Hardship: No refunds for personal financial difficulties

• Change of Plans: No refunds for any change in personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction: No refunds based on program experience or expectations
