ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO YOUTH IPL ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By making any payment to Youth IPL, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-participation.

1.1 Universal Application

  • All Fees Covered: Registration fees, trial fees, training fees, and any other payments
  • No Exceptions by Default: Policy applies regardless of participant circumstances
  • Immediate Effect: Policy is effective from the moment payment is made
  • Legal Binding: Constitutes a legally binding agreement
  • Clear Understanding: Payment confirms acceptance of this no-refund policy

1.2 Covered Scenarios (No Refund)

  • Personal Reasons: Change of mind, family circumstances, relocation
  • Scheduling Conflicts: School exams, other commitments, travel plans
  • Performance Issues: Not selected for teams, poor performance in trials
  • Technical Issues: Registration errors, payment mistakes
  • Weather Conditions: Postponements due to weather (trials will be rescheduled)
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations at any time before or during the program

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred under normal circumstances. Ensure you are fully committed before making any payment to Youth IPL.

2. Payment Finality

2.1 Transaction Completion

  • Immediate Finality: All payments are final upon successful processing
  • No Cooling Period: No grace period or cooling-off period provided

In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, Youth IPL may consider requests for review. However, this does not guarantee any refund and such cases are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

  • Serious Medical Emergency: Life-threatening medical conditions with hospital documentation
  • Program Cancellation by Youth IPL: If Youth IPL cancels entire program (extremely rare)
  • Organizational Error: Proven error by Youth IPL in registration or communication
  • Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, government restrictions (case-by-case basis)
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law or court order

3.3 Exception Requirements

  • Documentary Evidence: Complete documentation required for any claim
  • Medical Verification: Medical claims require specialist doctor certification
  • Timely Reporting: Must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence
  • No Fault of Participant: Circumstances must be beyond participant control

No Guarantee

Meeting exception criteria does not guarantee a refund. All requests are subject to management discretion and review. Most requests will be denied in accordance with our strict no-refund policy.
